Additional Requirements:
∎ Deep understanding, passion and belief in human-rights and feminist approaches
∎ Significant experience in large I/NGO or UN, providing technical leadership in the design and implementation of gender transformative and inclusive humanitarian and development programs
∎ Proven experience in strategy development and providing strategic leadership, oversight and high-level guidance for mainstreaming gender equality and social inclusion
∎ Demonstrated advocacy and networking experience to influence policies and drive public campaigns, activism, and social movement to advance GESI
∎ Significant experience in capacity building and training at different levels on GESI
∎ Solid know-how of designing and using various GESI assessment/analysis tools
∎ Strong interpersonal communication, networking, representation and coordination skills
∎ Fluency in both written and oral communication in English and Bangla
∎ At least 7 years experience in relevant areas
