Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related activities.
∎ Facilitate loan applications, approvals, and renewals with banking institutions.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives to ensure smooth transactions.
∎ Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, credit facilities, and loan repayments.
∎ Ensure timely submission of required documentation to banks and financial institutions.
∎ In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Suite.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ To get updated regarding regulations & circulars of Bangladesh Bank and/or any other regulatory authorities and adopt required changes in the company.
∎ Monitor all bank loans of the company. Update all necessary documentation when required by the bank. Ensure timely renewal repayment of the loans.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

∎ We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant cum Banking Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations while effectively liaising with banking institutions for loan processes and other related matters.
