Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced University Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a deep understanding of the university admission process. This role involves working closely with students and their families to provide guidance on university selection, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.
Application & Admission Management: Oversee and manage the complete application and admission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in file processing.
Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding their academic and career aspirations.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with foreign universities and delegates to facilitate admissions and address inquiries
File Management: Organize and manage client files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date with admission requirements and deadlines for various universities.
Confidentiality: Implement and uphold security measures to protect sensitive and confidential information pertaining to clients and internal processes.
Proper Guidance: Guide students through the application process, including essay writing, interview preparation, SOP and documentation.
Admission policies: Build and maintain relationships with university representatives to stay informed about changes in admission policies.
