∎ Master's degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/ International Relationship from any recognized University. Academic qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Job Context:
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices in Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet. CB is implementing 89 on-going projects covering 189 focusing upazila on six main priorities i.e i) Social Welfare for Vulnerable Communities (SWVC), ii) Education and Child Development, iii) Nutrition and Health Education, iv) Disaster Management, v) Ecological Conservation and Food Security (ECFS), and vi) Development of Indigenous Peoples.
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Cox`s Bazar is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions for immediate appointment as well as to prepare panel list for Emergency Response to the Forcibly Displaced People of Myanmar in Bangladesh.
∎ The details of the positions including job responsibilities, educational qualification and other qualities /competency required for the above positions are given below for your information.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
∎ Organize a filling system for important and confidential documents.
∎ Distribute and store important corresponding (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
∎ Schedule in house and external events.
∎ Maintain, Coordinate and communicate the strategic objectives of the program.
∎ Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the organization.
∎ Develop and faster relationship with the relevant community, stakeholders and others entities.
∎ Proactively solve conflict and address issues that could occur between the organization and other entity.
∎ Manage office assets and places in orders.
∎ Communicate vendor to receiver efficient supply of goods and services in project areas.
∎ Manage Inventory of the office equipment's, materials and assets.
∎ Responsible to organize meetings, conferences and workshops as per the request from team.
∎ Ensure that organization's purchase policy is followed for any purchase.
∎ Ensure quality and quantity of the materials while received as per work order as well as sample.
∎ Ensure of the items / materials purchased, delivery and distributed to the requestor within stipulated time.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping of stock register for transparent inventory management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar job in any NGO/INGOs. Working experience in emergency response program especially in Cox's Bazar district for Rohingya People will be given preference.
∎ Excellent data management (collection, entry, analysis and visualization) skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar platforms.
∎ Strong written and oral command in English is required. Speaking ability in Chattogram local dialect a plus.
∎ Computer skill both English & Bangla on MS-Office.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Ability to establish and nurture beneficial relationship.
∎ Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast paced and sometimes high pressure involvement.
∎ Age: Maximum 40 years (as on 30.04.2021)

Salary:
∎ 60,000 BDT (Consolidated) per month.
