REQUIREMENTS:

  • An immensely dedicated officer with a high level of professionalism and dedication to manage the administrative affairs of the company.

  • Expected weekend attendance (with overtime) is required.

  • Expected to perform and complete tasks under pressure and at a fast pace as it is related to service delivery to foreign multinational clients

  • Expected to work long hours between 10.00 AM and 8.00 PM every day (including occasional weekends)

  • Highly demanding position that requires a high level of professional duties to be performed.

  • Good academic, ethical, and professional backgrounds are required

  • Expected to add value and contribute to the already employed workforce of 150 personnel

  • Meritorious results in a public or private university

  • Experience certificates, academic certificates, and reference letters from previous employers may be required (if applicable)

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Must have a command of English language (verbal and written). Candidates are required to take an on-site test during the interview.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree or an equivalent degree from a private/public university



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Job Location: Commercial center in a prominent location in Gulshan-2 near Gulshan Club, Dhaka, Bangladesh 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Solicit Property Rental Listings from Real Estate Market Researchers

  • Assist Foreign Clients in Renting Property & Establishing Rental Terms

  • Provide Furnished and Serviced Accommodation to Foreign Dignitaries

  • Conduct Digital Marketing of Rental Premises

  • Create Digital Content for Advertisement of Premises

  • Draw up Rental Lease Agreements with Foreign Organizations / Individuals

  • Maintain Regular Administrative Duties

  • Maintain Regular Email, Verbal, and Phone Correspondence with Foreign Clients / Organizations

  • Assist in Interior Design of Residential & Corporate Suites

  • Create Rental Market Database of selected places in Dhaka

  • Create a Regular Database of Accounts, Agreements, Inventory, and Clients

  • Recruit & Train New Employees
