Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skilled in Garments Factory Management.
∎ Act as a team leader of overall operations of the Administration Department of the Factory.
∎ Perform day to day administrative works of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Day to day supervision of employee disciplinary matter in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy.
∎ Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets, equipment vehicle, security and safety issues.
∎ Effectively manage the welfare and administration process whilst ensuring statutory compliance.
∎ Establish a framework of consistent HR policies and practices that will serve to strengthen and improve individual employee performance and overall organizational productivity.
∎ To perform special tasks or analyses as assigned by management team.
∎ Take necessary action for renewal of various licence issued by government organization, such as trade licence, boiler licence, environmental licence, approach road agreement, etc in time.
∎ Maintain personnel information in secure, accurate and organized way both in soft & hard form for entire staff / personnel of the factory.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
∎ Make arrangements to develop the performance evaluation system of the employees of the factory.
∎ Attendance information of factory staff and be responsible for maintaining good discipline staff in attending office.
∎ Administer the security department efficiently to ensure full security of the factory.
∎ Manage all employment verification.
∎ Administer the overall transportation system of the factory.
∎ Extend full administrative support to other departments for smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Deal with factory labours in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations and other labour related activities as per labour law.
∎ Keep constant contact with higher authorities to keep him updated with the administration and specially labour related matters.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Motivate employees and bridging employees and management relationship.
∎ Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies
∎ Coordinate & liaison with Govt., semi Govt., private parties, and have to handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ To manage legal issue of the company.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
∎ Retired police personnel will have preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired Police Personnel with adequate experience in HR & Admin will be given preference.
∎ Skilled in running Garments Industry.
∎ Preferable person from Chandpur, Comilla, Noakhali, Sandip.
∎ Follow up Security, Fire & Safety, First Aid, Transport..
∎ Have good communication in English & Bengali.
∎ Have excellent knowledge in computer applications
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills;
∎ Ability to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines
∎ Ability to lead and arrange different types of HR & Admin related training program
∎ Willing to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
∎ Need to be physically fit as 80% of work is fieldwork.

Salary: Negotiable
