Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Experience: 2–4 years in admin + basic accounts + event support (Group of companies/FMCG/startup/NGOs preferred).
  • Tools: Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic dashboards), Google Workspace/MS 365, accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Xero/ERP).
  • Event ops: Vendor sourcing & negotiation, BOQ/budgeting, production timelines, run-sheet creation, post-event cost vs budget.
  • Communication: Clear email etiquette; Bangla & English proficiency (written + spoken).
  • Organization: Calendar & travel coordination, minutes/notes, document control.


Responsibilities & Context:

EO Bangladesh is the local chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)—a global peer-to-peer network of 18,000+ founders across 220 chapters in 76 countries. Launched in 2016, the Bangladesh chapter (EO Dhaka) brings together growth-stage entrepreneurs for confidential forums, learning events, and regional networking, and it also runs the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) nationally each year to spotlight student founders.

EO Bangladesh is looking for Admin & Accounts Coordinator for its Management team.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Admin Support: Handle scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and general team assistance.

  • Finance Reporting: Prepare monthly receipts/payments statements; assist with month-end/year-end reports; reconcile quarterly balances; generate ad-hoc finance reports.

  • Budget & Expenses: Help build budgets; track OPEX, vendor payments, and petty cash; ensure transactions follow company policies.

  • Tax & Compliance: Assist with Mushak, VAT, Customs Duty, and Income Tax filings; maintain audit-ready records; coordinate with tax consultants/auditors.

  • AP/AR & Banking: Process POs, invoices, and payments; follow up on receivables; manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow.

  • Event Management: Plan and budget events; manage venues/vendors; run marketing & promotions; handle invitations/RSVPs/guest logistics; lead on-site execution; collect feedback and report results post-event.
