This is the profile we are looking for:

  • Good in English to ensure smooth communication with the manager.
  • Independent, responsible, hands-on working manner, well-organized.
  • Educational level: minimum HSC with administration experience,
  • Work experience in administrations preferable.
  • Good MS office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Office is in Mymensingh Sadar, training for at least 2 weeks in Dhaka Office.

We are a Dutch owned organization running an innovative pilot project on Eco-friendly building material and we are looking for an Administration and Accounts Support Staff for our start-up CSEB facility in Mymensingh.

This is how your job looks like:

  • Maintain the cash book and bank book (Excel file).
  • Manage all payments (cash and bank) after approval by MD.
  • Prepare monthly cash requisition for the office and check the Production Site requisition.
  • Bank work: Cash withdraw, Cheque/EFTN deposit, Challan deposit, Bank statement collection etc.
  • Order all expenses with vouchers chronologically.
  • Prepare the Excel sheet to enter all income and expenses in the Tally by the consultant.
  • Assist the consultant during his weekly work.
  • Filing work, keeping record on Attendance sheet, Food supply book & leave book.
  • Systematic Filing of contracts, Client information sheets, drawing of the houses.
  • TDS and VDS challan preparation as instructed by the consultant.
  • Submit Vat return in Vat office. (Monthly)
  • Photo copy and Scan work in the office.
  • Maintenance and purchase of office stationaries.
  • Collecting and sending of documents by the Courier Company.
  • Assist and receive official guests.
  • Any other work as for need of the EHS office.


Job Other Benifits:

    Availability and Salary Your contract runs from 1st October 2025. We work a 5 day week with regular 8 hours per day. You will be paid an entry salary of Tk 16,000-20.000 per month (depending on previous work experience and education level). In addition, you get 2 festival bonusses as for company rules. Lunch is provided by the company.
