Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all departments.

  • Implement HR policies, attendance systems, and code of conduct enforcement.

  • Maintain employee records, payroll input, leave, and benefits tracking.

  • Conduct training sessions, induction, and quarterly staff evaluations.

  • Organize team-building, welfare, and internal communications activities.

  • Resolve employee grievances and ensure fair treatment across teams.
