∎ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, HRM, Finance/Accounting or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified candidates having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

∎ Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s) in HR and administrative support services.
∎ Proven experience in Procurement and Asset Management.
∎ Proven experience on working with children and project participants (including govt. authorities and non-govt. stakeholders).
∎ Strong and proven experience effective support services to the programme team, Coordination, Communication and Collaboration.
∎ Strong skills and commitments to ensure implementation of organizational policy compliances.
∎ Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
∎ Providing logistic supports to the programme team for the effective and smooth operation of the project activities.
∎ Proven experience of ensuring accountability to different stakeholders including govt. authorities.
∎ Desirable Requirements
∎ Will require to represent RDF at Upazila and District level on the programme/project.
∎ Strong understanding and adequate experience on Safeguarding of Children and Project Participants.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
∎ Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
∎ Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
∎ General Banking Key Account Management Purchase/ Procurement Reporting and Documentation Tally Software
∎ Proven track record in banking, petty cash handling etc. Experience in Tally Software will be an added value.
