Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Energetic Admin Officer. The candidate must have the ability to communicate verbally and written in Bengali and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Answer queries by employees and clients

  • Update office policies as needed

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

  • Book meeting rooms as required

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

  • Arrange travel and accommodations

  • Schedule in-house and external events

  • Vehicle Management

  • To manage the interview process

  • To prepare the job offer letter for the new selected job holder

  • To prepare the appointment letter of the new job holder

  • To prepare the Attendance of the employees

  • To oversee the safety and security of the organizations

  • To maintain the leave record of the employees

  • To maintain the passport and visa of the Management and Employees.

  • To maintain the communication with the external authorities

  • To maintain the increment of salary, promotion of the employees

  • To maintain the final settlement of the employees

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets of admin department

  • To maintain the fixed assets of the office.

  • To maintain the job responsibilities of the employees.
