∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
∎ Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued clients with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to develop the business.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
∎ Supporting and implementing different strategic initiatives under the office, including driving the organization-wide annual/mid-year goal and reflection exercises, development of strategic briefs/reports, and assisting in executing the nascent project management function from the Office.
∎ Attend inbound/outbound calls to the prospective to the Client's business & perform every call actively to solve client's requirements.
∎ Compiling and distributing Projects information and Day to day follow-up.
∎ Proficiency in office administration, including facilities management, procurement, and record-keeping·
∎ Data Entry, Drafting typing Bangla & English·
∎ Maintain of different register, Liaison & Communicate with other agencies & offices·
∎ Administering day to day office management, file maintenance, and implementation of instructions of the authority. ·
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
