Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring of field design changes as per site conditions and processing of subcontractor work payments.
∎ Monitoring quantity of material received by material controller, issued, and used at site by subcontractor to facilitate weekly progress.
∎ Ensure that the subcontractor submits a new price if activity is not included in the original scope of works and subsequently process the new price for evaluation and approval from management.
∎ Assessment of change work Orders and Variations (Subcontractor and Client) in line with the Contract of Agreement.
∎ Monitor flow of Payments to subcontractors against budget quantities and actual progress done.
∎ Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill and BOQ Prepare.
∎ Prepared an early budget estimate, etc.
∎ Billing Procedures on the Client and Contractor Sides.
∎ Billing for extra/non-BOQ products.
∎ Rates Analysis of various objects.
∎ Create a quantity sheet from onsite data and drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and bills containing item rates from the tender.
∎ Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
∎ To obtain the measurements from the site engineer.
∎ Checking and certifying vendor and contractor bills and invoices.
∎ Must have work experience with Government Engineering Agencies.
∎ Having experience in construction of Structural buildings, Road & Bridge etc estimation.
∎ Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare.
∎ Billing Procedures From Client & Contractor Side.
∎ Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items.
∎ Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
∎ Prepare a quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
∎ To take the measurement from the site engineer.
∎ Review the quantities listed.
∎ Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
∎ All other tasks assigned by the Authority.
∎ Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
∎ Monitor all quality related activities on the project
∎ Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
∎ Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
∎ Attend client quality management meetings
∎ The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
∎ Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
∎ Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
∎ Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
∎ Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
∎ Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site procurement manager
∎ Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
∎ Monitor statistical method reporting.
∎ Assists the Senior QA/QC Engineer for the preparation of civil ITP’s and method statement, weekly report on civil activities, and other civil QA/QC documents.
∎ Assists Senior QA/QC Engineer in the QA/QC documentation, verification and reporting of civil activities to ensure compliance project requirements.
∎ Review technical specifications and approved standard drawings and ensure the same are strictly implemented at site concerning civil works.
∎ Conducts regular inspections of the construction activities to identify deviations/non conformances at an early stage of the activity.
∎ Communicates all quality related improvement matters to the assigned area supervisor.
∎ Conducts inspection of work done outside the project site such as fabrications shops, plants, etc. to ensure implementation of quality control.
∎ Conducts quality receiving inspection of materials to be used for all civil related activities.
∎ Coordinates with client’s engineers/inspectors during joint inspection of all civil works.
∎ Assists the Senior QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of civil hand-over documents.
∎ Reports any non-conformance to QA/QC Engineer.
∎ Ensure that subcontractors adhere to the Project Quality Plan by conducting inspections of their works and reporting non-compliance for proper corrective action.
∎ Monitors the rectification and closure of punch list items of the project prior to handover to the Client.
