∎ Above 5 years experience in Metro Rail, Bridge, Flyover or any other mega project.
∎ Expert in drafting preferably previously worked in Mega Project.
∎ Be good at Planning software, especially P6.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All shop drawings were prepared from the contract drawing.
∎ Prepared as-built drawings and kept all relevant information until the project was completed.
∎ Prepared Field Change Request (FCR) drawings and all sorts of working drawings in accordance with the working site specifications.
∎ Tracking any drawings that are submitted, approved, or pending.
∎ Prepared site mobilization designs for offices, laboratories, weighbridges, main gate and boundary steel metal fencing, and others.
∎ Develop schedules for upcoming Projects according to SOP and specifications and maintain detailed project schedules, utilizing project management software and techniques.
∎ Establish and maintain a master project schedule.
∎ Identification and management of project risks.
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports reports for submission to the employer, engineer, and management.
∎ Preparing Monthly Meeting Presentations and various documents/calculations for planning purposes.
∎ Attend regular progress review meetings to facilitate the production of regular progress reports.
∎ To do the equipment plan, manpower plan, and procurement plan.
∎ Ability to extract “S” Curve planned and updated from schedules as required.
∎ Maintaining Design Drawing Register.
∎ All other tasks assigned by the Authority.
