Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, supervise, control overall Administration and ensure implementation of different policies and procedures in accordance with labor law, company rules and policy.
∎ To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, Labor office, Titas gas, DESCO).
∎ To manage all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, files, books & register systematic manner which is properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per HR policy & procedure.
∎ Study labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities of all the company properties.
∎ Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.
∎ Responsible for surveillance system (including emergency telephone system, closed circuit television and PA system).
∎ Maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
∎ Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, especially related to Textile/ Garments Sector.
Salary: Negotiable
