Responsibilities & Context:
∎ General Accounting Work
∎ Overall factory accounts management
∎ Checking and verify all bills align with company guideline and policy.
∎ Confirm transaction summary for the head office to ensure accurate financial reporting.
∎ Record and categorize financial transactions in the cash book & general ledger.
∎ Prepare daily income and expense reports.
∎ Day to day voucher check and entry.
∎ Performing all other duties as and when required.
