∎ Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening and operations, particularly in the Cox’s Bazar market.
∎ Brand Standards: Strong understanding and commitment to adhering to the international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
∎ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a detailed pre-opening HR and admin preparation plan.
∎ Identify and procure required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals, ensuring compliance.
∎ Develop HR policies, recruitment procedures, and training program.·         Conduct background checks and reference verification.
∎ Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and on boarding of all hotel staff.
∎ Implement systems for payroll, attendance, and performance management.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless pre-opening transition.
∎ Formulation and implementation of Employee Handbook and HR and Administration SoPs.
∎ Manage HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
∎ Oversee training and development programs, focusing on talent retention and growth.
∎ Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters, updating policies as needed.
∎ Act as a liaison between management and staff to maintain a positive work culture.
∎ Manage office facilities and maintenance.
∎ Pre-Opening Responsibilities:·
