Additional Requirements:
∎ Pre-opening Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening.
∎ Experience in Cox’s Bazar: Proven experience in Cox’s Bazar hotel industry.
∎ Brand Standards: Strong understanding of international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
∎ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, management, and hotel brand.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute pre-opening F&B preparations, marketing and event plans to introduce F&B outlets to the market.
∎ Develop F&B service standards, SOPs, and operational policies in alignment with brand guidelines.
∎ Identify F&B staffing requirements, lead recruitment, and provide comprehensive training.
∎ Define equipment and supply needs, managing procurement and vendor relationships.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless pre-opening transition.
∎ Manage all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.
∎ Drive revenue through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and exceptional service.
∎ Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supplier relationships.
∎ Monitor and control F&B costs.
∎ Implement regular staff training and performance evaluations.
∎ Ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
∎ Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
