Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality visual content for various marketing channels, including print (brochures, flyers, posters, menus), digital (website banners, social media graphics, email marketing templates), and on-site displays. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
∎ Promotional Material Development: Design and produce compelling marketing collateral for special offers, events, packages, and promotions. This includes conceptualising layouts, selecting appropriate imagery, and writing concise and engaging copy.
∎ Digital Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media content creation, email marketing design, and website updates.
∎ Web Design & Development (Preferred): Contribute to website maintenance and updates, including designing web pages, creating landing pages, and optimising website usability. Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS knowledge is a plus.
∎ Social Media Marketing & Promotion (Preferred): Support social media marketing efforts by creating engaging visuals, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media trends.
∎ Copy-writing (Highly Preferred): Develop creative and compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and social media posts.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, F&B, events) to understand their marketing needs and develop effective solutions.
∎ Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design trends to ensure our marketing materials remain fresh and innovative.
∎ Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
