∎ Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening and operations, particularly in the Cox’s Bazar market.
∎ Brand Standards: Strong understanding and commitment to adhering to the international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
∎ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a detailed pre-opening IT preparation plan.
∎ Set up and configure IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
∎ Implement property management system (PMS) and other relevant software.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
∎ Train staff on systems relevant to pre-opening and operations.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
∎ Establish cyber security and data protection policies.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, addressing guest and staff technical issues promptly.
∎ Monitor IT infrastructure, implementing regular upgrades and maintaining data security.
∎ Train staff on the effective use of IT systems for daily operations.
∎ Collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences through innovative technology solutions.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
∎ Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
