Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define user experience strategies and project goals.
∎ Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior and needs, ensuring data-driven design decisions.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design ideas and product functionality effectively.
∎ Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user engagement.
∎ Optimize existing UI/UX designs by analyzing user feedback, A/B testing results, and user behavior metrics.
∎ Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and resolve any UI/UX-related challenges.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., usability issues) and provide innovative solutions to improve user satisfaction.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.
∎ Maintain design consistency and accessibility standards across all digital products.
∎ Present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, receiving and incorporating constructive feedback.
