∎ MNTECH DIGITAL is looking for an experienced and proactive Developer with expertise in MySQL, Node.js, and React/Next.js. While experience in developing College Management Portals or e-commerce platforms is preferred, candidates with strong prior development experience in other domains are also encouraged to apply. You will work closely with a team to deliver high-quality web solutions.

∎ • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of developers to achieve project goals.
∎ • Web Development: Design and develop scalable web applications, including but not limited to College Management Portals and e-commerce solutions.
∎ • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
∎ • Code Quality: Maintain standards for code quality through reviews and clean coding practices.
∎ • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
∎ • Deadline Management: Ensure project deadlines are met while fostering a positive and solution-driven team culture.
