Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle a high volume of outbound calls to U.S. customers, adhering to scripts provided.
∎ Address customer inquiries, clarify issues, and sell services over the phone.
∎ Keep accurate call records in the call center database and meet quality and quantity targets.
∎ Education: Minimum of O Level, A Level, HSC, or BBA.
∎ Fresh graduates or undergraduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
∎ Age 18–28, with fluency in English and proper phone etiquette.
∎ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
