Responsibilities & Context:
This job posting outlines a full-time night-shift telemarketing position based in Bangladesh, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, serving primarily U.S.-based customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of outbound calls to U.S. customers, adhering to scripts provided.
Address customer inquiries, clarify issues, and sell services over the phone.
Keep accurate call records in the call center database and meet quality and quantity targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of O Level, A Level, HSC, or BBA.
Fresh graduates or undergraduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Age 18–28, with fluency in English and proper phone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
