Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Apply only if you are comfortable working at NIGHT SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
∎ Job Nature:
∎ • Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA customers promptly.
∎ • Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ • Receiving customers' inquiries, and selling services over the telephone as per the instructions provided.
∎ • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ • Job Nature: Full Time
∎ • Educational qualification
∎ • O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ • Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply
∎ • Additional requirement
∎ • Age 18 to 28 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ • Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
∎ • Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of 1 month probation period.
