Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and mentor a team of SEO experts.
∎ Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
∎ Create a monthly budget proposal for multiple projects and review all social media pages.
∎ Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies to increase the platform's organic search visibility and traffic.
∎ Utilise content management tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to monitor and report on social media performance.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve strategy effectiveness continually.
∎ Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to target relevant search terms and optimise content.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
∎ Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies to drive overall business growth, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
∎ Implement and test various CRO techniques to improve website conversion rates, enhancing user experience and maximising ROI.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic SEO Team Lead/Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement our SEO strategy to increase our online presence and improve our project ranking.
