∎ Pre-opening Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening.
∎ Experience in Cox’s Bazar: Proven experience in Cox’s Bazar hotel industry.
∎ Brand Standards: Strong understanding of international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
∎ Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, management, and hotel brand.
∎ Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
∎ Pre-opening Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a detailed pre-opening housekeeping management plan.
∎ Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards aligned with brand requirements.
∎ Determine staffing needs, recruit, and train team members in international standards and local best practices.
∎ Identify and oversee procurement of housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with vendors to establish service contracts for laundry, pest control, and cleaning supplies.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless pre-opening transition.
∎ Manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain brand standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
∎ Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of housekeeping supplies.
∎ Supervise housekeeping staff, conducting regular training and performance reviews.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance for room upkeep and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet safety standards.
∎ Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards.
∎ Ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
∎ Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
