Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct BSCI, OEKOTEX@100, GOTS, ZDHC, CTPAT, HIGG, ISO, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues to all suppliers as well as in factory as required.
∎ Visit supplier factories and ensure social and ethical standards and follow up approval procedures.
∎ To ensure conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ Communicate with BTMEA, Compliance Auditors, and Fire & Civil defense Department.
∎ Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers/CAP as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, CSDS and Security Awareness training etc effectively.
∎ Overall management of employees puctuality, discipline, security.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet as per govt wages structure.
∎ Address employee related issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures at per law.
∎ Any other day to day activities as and when required.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ -The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Govt Labor Law, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
∎ -Degree in HR management will get priority.
