Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Fleet Administrative Support Services
∎ Ensure that field workers are transported daily (round trip) and all transport related incidents are reflected in vehicle log sheets or as appropriate
∎ Ensure that all staff can access vehicles safely and effectively in Cox’s Bazar based on their transport needs
∎ Develop daily transport schedule of all staff to camps
∎ Liaise with the security focal point to anticipate and mitigate road incidents and ensure the effective and timely coordination of alternative routes
∎ Monitor that the logbooks are appropriately filled in, in close coordination with the logistics department
∎ Key Result #2: Admin support
∎ Assists the Procurement & Admin Officer in communicating with Program Managers/Clinics Team Leaders to make sure the request sent is correct and in line with the logistics process
∎ Support and update on periodic inventory count (Asset, equipment and supplies)
∎ Assists in making an up-to-date JRRP asset inventory with all its aspects and details
∎ All other related duties relating to office administration

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
