  • Proactive, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong ability to see the big picture and align multiple strategies and ideas.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business English.

  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:

As one of the largest IT service providers in the country, we are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced personnel to join our Sales team.

  • Manage key accounts of large enterprises, conglomerates, and corporate clients.

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Identify new business opportunities and position solutions to address client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives.

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets aligned with company objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain KPIs for account performance

  • Prepare proposals, handle RFPs/RFQs, and lead commercial negotiations.

  • Provide regular business updates and support the management in achieving growth objectives.
