Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales
∎ Achieve sales within budgeted cost
∎ Be accountable for all of customer credit and account
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating the database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of eon.
∎ Lead and work the marketing team.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
∎ Developing market for Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper) and other Agricultural Equipment; increasing sales within the defined territory
∎ Build up strong relationship with DAE personnel in Upazila & District level
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 years experience in Agriculture machineries industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Transplanter) & Customer Support.
