Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client's support requests and complaints over the phone, online, or directly face to face
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes, and provide solutions accordingly
∎ Have to sit the client's site when required
∎ Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop, and other IT accessories
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Management when required.
∎ The candidate should have the teamwork mindset
∎ Must have updated knowledge of customer profiles and strengths.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Coordination between customer & others team.
∎ Working with a variety of updated solutions and always keeping up to date with the latest technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
