Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in CSE From Any govt. Polytechnic.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client support requests and complaints over the phone, online, or directly face-to-face.
∎ Assembling and manufacturing for a different types of Hardware.
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes, and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keep a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
∎ Have to go to the client's site when required.
∎ Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems and determine the source of computer problems and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Provide IT support to end users e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop, and other IT accessories.
∎ Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Conduct proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment & like Routers, switches, etc.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
∎ The candidate should have a teamwork mindset.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Always keeping up to date with the latest technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
