Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE from any reputed University. May be relaxed in case of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client support requests and complaints over the phone, online, or directly face-to-face.
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes, and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keep a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
∎ Have to visit the client's site when required.
∎ Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems and determine the source of computer problems and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Provide IT support to end users e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop, and other IT accessories.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
