Job Context:
∎ Market analysis and forecasting demand of Yarn.
∎ Managing and purchasing orders and making payments.
∎ Keeping a follow-up of Yarn dispatchment.
∎ Maintain communication with the concerned department in order to plan yarn sourcing.
∎ Ensure cost-effective sourcing from suppliers of local and international market and develop of new vendors.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier`s performance in terms of price and quality.
∎ Keep record of yarn procurement data.
∎ Work on foreign and local purchase issue PO, collect PI Issue LC and continuously follow-up with the supplier and ensure goods will be in-house on time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and implement efficient sourcing and procurement management policies.
∎ Must have 3-4 years of experience in Merchandising and production Follow-up
∎ Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
∎ Maintain Vendors assessment. Continuously developing a pool of good vendors and building a long-term sustainable relationship with them.
∎ Conduct a market survey on a regular basis.
∎ Developing proper MIS for monitoring & control of all indents.
∎ Negotiate, Re-negotiate vendor contracts in favor of the company.
∎ Source potential suppliers on a regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ Ensure that all practices are consistent with company guidelines and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company Policy.
