∎ Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should be responsible for overall plant operations.
∎ Candidates are responsible for the production and planning of the plant.
∎ Candidates are responsible for the quality of the products as per required quality standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good knowledge of machine maintenance
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Have extensive management experience in a reputable Textile Mill.
∎ 15+ years of work experience in processing, printing and weaving, utilities, and strong administrative background.
∎ Have strong experience in weaving, warping, sizing, combing, dyeing, processing, printing and finishing.
∎ Have rich experience in the processing.
∎ Have strong administrative capabilities to get and achieve the targets.
∎ Rich experience in Processing of 100% cotton Woven Fabric, Cotton/Spandex, Cotton/Lycra, Cotton Polyester fabric. Experience in Woven Fabric Weaving Mill and Printing is a plus.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Experience in Bangladesh is a plus.
