Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Update plan from Planning department.
∎ Analysis the Sample, OB, Layout.
∎ Layout Manpower Plan make.
∎ Critical Operations Folder, Mold & Gauge set arrange and set the machine accordingly.
∎ Capacity Graph check & set the line for 85% Efficiency.
∎ Making multi skill operator.
∎ Daily Basis Efficiency, WIP & Forecast Report Check.
∎ Daily Basis Absenteeism check & Balance the Line.
∎ As Per Target Hourly Production Follow-Up.
∎ Bottle Neck Area Find Out & Give Solution.
∎ New Operator Assessment.
