Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on business needs.
∎ Implement and manage themes, plugins, and custom WordPress functionality.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
∎ Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance.
∎ Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
∎ Perform website testing to ensure functionality, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and security.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and server-side issues.
∎ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design layouts and user experiences effectively.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress development, security, and optimization.
∎ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for websites.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
∎ 1-3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
∎ Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
∎ Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
∎ Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
∎ Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
∎ Experience with website performance optimization techniques.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
∎ Ability to work in a collaborative environment and follow project timelines.
∎ Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
∎ 25,000 - 50,000 BDT (Based on experience)
