Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting orientation of new workers and staff.
∎ Conducting training programs for new workers and staff.
∎ Medical cases to be supported and reported.
∎ Carry out routine internal compliance audit in factory.
∎ Maintain a healthy and conducive work environment.
∎ Communicate policies, procedures, benefits programs to employees at all levels.
∎ Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping.
∎ Ensuring company policies are properly communicated to workers and staff.
∎ Ensuring proper counseling to all workers and staff.
∎ Ensuring excellent communication between management and workers.
∎ Providing support to HR, Admin and Compliance Departments.
∎ Any other duty assigned by management.
