Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Welfare Officer.
∎ Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.
∎ Ensure overall welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about maternity calculation with leave settlement.
∎ Take care of washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.
∎ Helping all workers with leave and maintaining a register.
∎ Training all employees and maintaining a register.
∎ Work to develop a good worker-owner relationship and smooth communication.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
∎ Ensure childcare in the facility, and lead baby-care personnel.
∎ Provide guidance/assistance to the worker in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and legal assistance.
∎ Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water, etc.
∎ To advise and brief workers on using PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employee orientation.
∎ Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
∎ Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace.
∎ Ensure all employees' rights as per labor law.
∎ Counseling and motivating all the workers regarding office discipline and absenteeism.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
