Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Planning (Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Fabrics Dyeing Planning in the Fabrics Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Receive fabric booking and distribute all related sections. Provide weekly shipment closing reports.
∎ Daily update grey stock by ERP.
∎ Prepare T&A for yarn receiving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing fabric delivery.
∎ Follow up, monitor, and reconcile the order of buyers.
∎ Prepare line loading plan according to priority and lead time.
∎ Solve the finished fabric problem with the concerned dept.
∎ Follow up PCD and PSD.
∎ Keep in touch with the buying house for shade/hanger approval and other required issues.
∎ Prepare batch and dyeing plan for in-hand order.
∎ Maintain regular meetings with the store, knitting, dyeing, and other sections.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.
∎ Provide all kinds of production-related reports to the top management daily, weekly, and monthly.
∎ Provide updated yarn, knitting, dyeing, delivery, and other needful information daily.
∎ Close monitoring from yarn receiving to finished fabric delivery.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
