Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager - Production (Yarn Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Yarn Dyeing Production in the Yarn Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Smooth control of the yarn dyeing production floor, production target, and production quality.
∎ Supervise overall yarn dyeing, finishing, and quality.
∎ Issue dyes and chemicals and also make recipes.
∎ Make the program, sample checking, and color measurement.
∎ Control the supervisor, operator, and helper of yarn dyeing production floor.
∎ Provide dye line or the program slip according to the daily production plan, batch preparation, and PH check.
∎ Check the daily production report.
∎ Rectify the finished fabrics which are rejected by the quality control department.
∎ Study dye and chemicals nature which are delivered by the manufacturers and apply them correctly to the production to get the best production.
∎ Plan, execute, and follow up the production activities and control the quality of production with related activities.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
