∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Must have the ability to work in a team.
∎ Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient in the use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working as a bridge between workers and employers regarding various issues.
∎ Conducting awareness programs for employees regularly about rules and regulations of the company, legal rights, hygiene and safety, discipline, and various compliance standards.
∎ Liaison with the central HR & Admin as well as Compliance department.
∎ Arrangement of payments of maternity benefits to employees timely as per Labor law.
∎ Announcement of various issues through the PA system.
∎ Solving the employee's grievances with the highest importance.
∎ Assisting the accounts department during payment when required.
∎ Counseling the workers on various issues and motivating workers for best performance.
∎ Assisting related personnel with the accomplishment of First aid training, firefighting training, and other training on several compliance issues.
∎ Conducting orientation and awareness programs for the newly recruited workers.
∎ Performing tasks as a part of recruitment and selection of workers.
∎ Monitoring child care room, canteen, and dining.
∎ Visiting the floor regularly to ensure the sustainability of all compliance standards.
∎ Maintain the best housekeeping on the floor.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Four H Group is one of the largest knit garments and fabrics manufacturing industries looking for some dynamic and energetic persons who have to handle a challenging position and have sufficient knowledge of worker's counseling, grievance mechanisms, and welfare provisions of employees, BLL 2006 and Bangladesh labor rules 2015, etc.
