Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish effective communication between workers & management
∎ To teach & train new workers about their right, privileges & benefits
∎ Conduct worker orientation and other training, as well as counselling
∎ Ensure a hygiene atmosphere in the workplace
∎ Collect employees grievances & solve grievances on top most priority basis
∎ Keeping official record on welfare management
∎ Take care of workers & special care of pregnant workers
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per law 2006 & BLR 2015 & Company policies
∎ Other tasks assigned by Management
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
