Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To reduce absenteeism conduct counselling
∎ 1)Receive grievance from workers and give solution within short time.2)If not possible then forwarded to Manager-HR.
∎ To ensure and monitor compliance activities as per labour law and buyer COC at Woven unit
∎ Conduct different types of training for employees at entire facility.
∎ To ensure welfare facilities for employees
∎ To improve worker satisfaction and to reduce nos. of dispute maintain close relationship with workers
∎ To maintain liaison with medical center for injury analysis and to follow up sick employee.
∎ Conduct different types of survey as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
