Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced welfare officer of our Garments factory.
Candidates who live near the job location or in the same area will be given preference.
Job Location: Bhabanipur, Gazipur Sadar.
To ensure safety and a healthy workplace.
To provide welfare services: Providing guidance and assistance with medical services, housing, and legal assistance.
To manage employee grievances: Collecting and resolving employee grievances.
To maintain a hygienic workplace: Ensuring the workplace is hygienic and maintaining official records.
To train employees: Training employees on rules, regulations, health and safety, and first aid.
To ensure employee rights: Ensuring employees' rights as per labor law.
To prevent abuse: Ensuring there is no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace.
To manage childcare: Ensuring childcare is available in the facility and leading baby-care personnel.
