Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible all the production process of factory & determine the target of daily production with maintain quality standard.
∎ To take steps for smooth production through technical back up & reduce costing.
∎ To work with merchandiser & marketing team to utilize 100% capacity.
∎ To coordinate with maintenance team to support production capacity are increasing with uninterruptedly use of machine resources.
∎ To Set KPI for all operational people, observer & share to top management monthly basis.
∎ To set a goal for on time delivery, 100% final inspection pass rate.
∎ To recruit all operational staff with process so that they are best fit for their job.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain in an optimum level.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues & all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ To calculate loss time and controlling down timings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills.
∎ Must have good computer skills in office packages (Ms-word, Ms-excel, internet & e-mail, etc.
