Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: AdWords, Core PHP, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing) , Graphics Design, OsCommerce, PSD to HTML, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in handling front-end and back-end technologies and several programming languages.
∎ Must be efficient in PHP, Ajax, jQuery and JavaScript coding.
∎ Should be able to convert PSD to HTML efficiently.
∎ Must have the ability to handle Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
∎ Should be able to create attractive logos, themes and website layouts.
∎ Must be able to plant innovative concepts by studying relevant information.
∎ Good communication skills and excellent command over English language. (Mandatory)
∎ Should be creative and innovative of new marketing strategies.
∎ A basic knowledge about managing PPC, SEO and affiliate programmers is plus.
∎ Outbound telemarketing to USA
∎ No Absenteeism
∎ In case of internship, you have to work for full time (10 AM to 6 PM). During this time, we will train you for sometimes and for the rest of the hours, you have to do our assigned tasks. Based on your performance, you will be permanent employee. (1-month minimum and 3 months maximum)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent writing skills, good at Web development, Graphic Design & Digital Marketing as well.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Your salary will be incremented when you will be permanent.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Our training period is for 3 months which depends on your performance; if you are a good performer, then you might be selected as a permanent employee anytime within 3 months.

∎ 2 festival bonuses in a year
