∎ We are a small team which means you have all the opportunity and authority to lead. We are also nimble so your suggestions and ideas will be implemented quickly. We are growing and we need someone with vision, skills, and drive to take our website development work to the next level. Have ideas for improving efficiency, design workflow, or DevOps processes? Job Responsibilities:
∎ Front- and back-end development related to custom theming for WordPress.
∎ Implement design mockups to fully functional themes.
∎ Maintaining and implementing excellent coding standards.
∎ Produce 100% valid, bug-free HTML.
∎ Working knowledge of WooCommerce plug and extension.
∎ Working knowledge of payment processor setup and plugins.
∎ Knowledge of theme building plugins like Elementor and the Gutenberg Editor.
∎ Extreme ownership. A strong sense of ownership, with little necessity for supervision.
∎ Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
∎ Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
∎ Obsessive attention to detail.
∎ Manage all aspects of the development lifecycle.
∎ Manage time and stakeholder expectations by setting and consistently meeting deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience developing themes, plugins/modules.
∎ Fluency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, PHP, JavaScript (JQuery)
∎ A natural curiosity for emerging trends and technologies, and willingness to learn and share.
∎ Motivated, reliable self-starter.
∎ Smart problem-solver, strategic thinker with an ability to “figure stuff out”.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
