∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignment/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet international and ensure production outputs are in line with wash standard.
∎ Control and ensure the quality of Dry & Wet process and sample as per customers precondition.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit pre-inspection team.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specification to determine standards and establish quality and reliability of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for cooperative and predictive action.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Confirming 100 of the pcs from QI before delivery to the factory
∎ Maintain effective communication with members of the factory QA head, buying house, merchandising and production, planning and some other department
∎ Should sign every challan confirming delivery goods to the factory.
